What If My Package is Damaged When I Receive It?
If you receive your package and it is broken please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with USPS or applicable carrier to get a shipping reimbursement.

If you receive your order and it is damaged or the seal is broken, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement.
All returned items will be inspected upon us receiving them to verify that they are in their original unused condition. Any product that is missing parts or appears to be tampered with will not be refunded. No shipping charges will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for damage in transit from our facility.
